Ingredients
1 cup of whole wheat flour, 1/2 cup of bran, 1/2 cup of brewers yeast, 1/4 cup of wheat germ, 1/2 tespoon of cinnamon, 2 tablespoons of honey, 2 tablespoons of molasses, 2 tablespoonsof corn oil, 1 egg, 1/3 cup of milk, and a pinch of cloves
Preparation
Preheat oven of 350 degrees. In a large bowl, combine dry ingredients. In a separate bowl, beat honey, molasses, vegetable oil, egg, and milk. Gradually add mixture to dry ingredients to form dough. Roll dough to 1/4" thickness, and cut cookies with a cookie cutter. B ake at 350 degreed on an ungreased cookie sheet for 15 minutes or until lightly brown.
